What's going on everybody?!? Sean Pierce Johnson here and today on Stompbox Saturday we're taking a look at the newest pedal from Chase Bliss Audio: MOOD...a granular micro looper and ambient effect machine!
Designed in collaboration with Old Blood Noise Endeavors and Drolo FX this pedal is all about exploration and improvisation. Your experience will not always be the same, you will find yourself saying "what the f**k?!" from time to time...BUT it is a lot of fun!
In this demo and review I'll walk you through the different effects (a reverb, a delay, and some kind of stretchy time-based effect) AND the 3 looper modes (from the kind-of-normal to the NOT normal AT ALL) and explore how you can manipulate the sound to create out of this world sounds!
This isn't a pedal for everyone...but it is a pedal for the curious and the exploratory.
