The Burman 501 Pro Combo amp. This one was made in 1978 in the way they used to make a real amp. Hand Wired front to back and I refurbished this one with the KT77 Gold Lion Tubes it should have had, replaced the preamp tubes with Marshall tubes and recovered the amp in a very nice light cream. Awesome build and the ONLY amp to come close to Mesa Boogie back in 78. There is no doubt that the Berman 501 Pro is one of those amps that could have easily lead the market, if only Berman had the marketing skills.
Here's a VERY RARE view of a Burman 501 Pro combo amp from 1978. I repaired and reconditioned this amp as it was in a bad way regarding vinyl covering and a few other things. I fitted Gold Lion KT77 tubes which were original equipment. A tube amp with THREE gains cascaded and this amp had the highest gain likely in the world in 78 (its not far off now either). An English Hand Built amp using Mullard Caps. There's no music on this video but another video will follow showing the tones you can get from one of these. This is the nicest one I have ever seen as most others have been butchered in one way or another. It's not perfectly recovered, but I think I did a reasonably good job bearing in mind I am not an expert at recovering amps.
