This is CultureJam's "Duovibe," which runs two stages similar to the Wobbletron in series, with a nifty feedback switch to create an effect similar to a phaser and a more filterish setting. I used a center-off switch, so it also has a vibe mode with some pitch shifting. It's a nifty take on a well-travelled circuit.
