This Stratocaster in Faded Shell Pink is breathtaking enough to make double takes the response you'll come to expect.

This Fender Custom Shop 60's Relic Stratocaster in Faded Shell Pink is loaded with vintage tones and looks. Loaded with a set of very vintage sounding 60's pickups. The bridge pickup has a nice bite. Punchy mids and crisp highs makes this an excellent selection for blues and rock. Played with over drive it really packs a wallop. Very reminiscent of Hendrix's tone on "Purple Haze". The neck pickup is smooth and clear with a slight muddiness in the low end. Over driven it does lack a bit of definition but has good sustain. The middle selection is excellent. Just the right balance for rock and blues playing. Positions 2 and 4 have a good quack that is perfect for blues and country/country rock playing. The mid 60's oval C shape is one of my favorites. Extremely comfortable to play and fits well in the hand. Very easy to play! The 9.5" radius and 6105 frets makes bends and fast licks a breeze.
