Testing out some new string from Stringjoy Strings (www.stringjoy.com)
Stringjoy Bass Strings Medium Plus Set - .045 .065 .085 .105 .135
I demonstrate their sound in a mix as well as just the bass by itself.Bass is set to passive mode, recorded direct, and no EQ added whatsoever. Light compression was added to make sure every little nuance and sound can be heard clearly. No other effects were used!
