Here is a stunning Martin Custom Shop D-28 with Cocobolo back and sides and Adirondack Spruce top. Beautifully constructed and finished with a stunning 1933 Ambertone finish. The combination of Cocobolo back and sides and Adirondack Spruce top with scalloped bracing gives this guitar a deep rich tone with some of the best overtones you will hear in a guitar. The bass is low and well defined without being boomy. The midrange is crisp and punchy. The highs have an excellent sparkle without being too bright. Single note lines really pop. When strummed the sound just fills the room. The low profile oval neck shape is very comfortable and easy to play.
