On July 18th 2013, The Music Gallery celebrated their 20th year as a Fender Custom Shop dealer. To help make it an event, Fender sent out a handfull of folks from the Custom Shop to do a day long meet and greet at the shop. In this video, sales manager Joe Reynoso talks with Masterbuilder John Cruz. The two discuss the history of the Custom Shop and then Joe asks John about everything from his philosophy to his favorite projects. It's a bit of a long watch but it's always interesting to hear what someone at the pinnacle of their career has to say!
