Join me on Patreon for early videos and an exclusive community: http://patreon.com/lowercasenoises. Once we hit the next goal I'll start filming/releasing companion videos for each upload that'll be more of an in-depth look at how the sounds were created.
For this video, I had the idea of dialing in a reverb sound that would swell in much later than the dry signal, with a very chorale-y sound. I kept the main signal mono in order to give room for that sound to bloom, and I think it worked really well. A very simple piece, but I love the way it sounds.
Pedals used:
Walrus Audio Deep Six
EHX POG2
EHX Superego+
Old Blood Noise Procession
Montreal Assembly Count to 5
Strymon El Capistan
Strymon Bigsky
Using the cab filter, I just went direct into my Apollo 8 interface. Processed in Logic, but no additional reverbs or delays were added. Hope you enjoy!
