Ken Fischer began his amp building career at Ampeg but soon left them to begin his own business which launched from his New Jersey workshop around 1983. His amp models - Express, Liverpool and Rocket - were all given women's names rather than serial numbers. A personal touch! Today those amps are highly coveted, many believing they're the greatest amps ever built. Hence the price tag, if you can find one. Owners of the Axe-FX III are fortunate to enjoy accurate models of Trainwreck amps thanks to the genius of the company's Cliff Chase, who owns an Express (and others?). I have consolidated the five models currently on offer with some basic effects and I present to you another freebie for your amusement, which I call, K. Fischer - NJ. I hope you can have some fun with it. Cheers.
