One of the most internationally recognised and influential Brazilian guitarists, Kiko has been highly praised for his versatility and exceptional technical skills on the guitar. A lead guitarist in power metal band Angra, which he co-founded at the age of 19 and with whom he still plays, Kiko has also forged his own solo career with huge success, releasing four very well-received solo albums.
His band, Angra, has won several awards while he has gone on to be voted as the Best Guitarist in the world by an important Japanese magazine "Burrn!". He is also known for his instructional and demonstration videos, writing for columns, and appearing on the cover of guitar magazines.
The clinic will be a great opportunity for you to learn ways to improve your abilities on the instrument, and to explore creative composition and guitar techniques. Kiko will be sharing about his career and motivation to reach your goals, also presenting his signature Ibanez guitar models, KIKO100 and KIKO10P. He will be playing some songs from his solo albums and Angra as well.
