Koch Quarantine sessions present Fred Boekhorst.
Fred Boekhorst is a Dutch guitarist residing in Nashville, TN. After attending GIT in Hollywood, CA, he moved to Memphis, TN and became involved in the local blues scene there, as well as the alternative country scene. Since moving to Nashville in 2004, Fred has performed all over the USA with acts like Tim Montana, Glen Templeton, Trent Tomlinson, Adam Craig, Rick Monroe, Keith Anderson, LoCash and The Lost Trailers. He has toured the nation in support of acts like Brantley Gilbert, Montgomery Gentry, Cole Swindell, Leon Russell, and ZZ Top. Recording credits include the albums Smoke Out The Window by Rick Monroe and Lo Class by Tim Montana, which features the hit song "This Beard Came Here To Party", featuring Billy F. Gibbons. Fred has appeared on The Paula Deen Show, Fox News and ESPN and was featured in a Guitar Player Magazine article in 2013.
