Koch Quarantine sessions present Nik Mester.
From Cologne/Germany but based in Nuremberg we present Nik Mester.
Nik studied guitar at the music college in Nuremberg and is nowadays a working musician doing sessions and he plays in different bands doing styles like Jazz, Metal and Acoustic Pop.
He bought his first Koch Amp in 2014 (Studiotone) and he added the Koch Jupiter for Jazz&Pop. Especially for jazzy sounds, the Jupiter is absolutely great!
This little Q sessions track he likes to call „Jupiters Joyride“ - because he played the Jupiter Jnr Combo. The setup here is the Ernie Ball Musician Luke III, into the Friedman Golden Pearl pedal which he uses as a small boost - straight into the Hot channel (without the boost).
