The Mesa Boogie Rectifier is a rock icon. But dual & triple Recto's do have some problems like the channel 'POP' and floor pedal switch faults.

What you will learn:
How good are Mesa Boogie channel switches?

This triple rectifier amplifier was bought off Reverb. I have refurbished many faults already. Here I show problems with this amp like channel popping and faulty floor pedal switching that I am working to resolve. Scarily, this amp was sold as 'perfect'.

If you have seen this floor pedal problem before do come and tell me what you found... I'm all ears :)

All parts were bought by me personally - an ordinary user of this amplifier and I was not given anything - it's a totally genuine review of what I bought and did to improve the amp. As an ordinary user my experience with any buying is exactly what yours might be.

If you are not a qualified engineer that has experience of working on tube or valve amps with up to 500 volts inside then do NOT attempt these repairs or modifications as there are very high voltages inside all valve and tube amplifiers, but you are more than welcome to watch what I did with my amplifier.
