Is it worth buying a 120 volt tube amplifier & converting to 240 volts? Mesa Boogie amps at 120 volts outside the USA are cheaper used than the 240 volt ones. Find out whether it's worth the cost to convert from my own experience.

Remember that you should not attempt any work on a guitar tube amplifier of any kind if you are not qualified. One mistake could get you injured or killed. ALWAYS contact and use the experts to get your amplifier fixed or modified whatever brand it is. This video is for educational purposes only and here I show you my experiences as I converted a Royal Atlantic RA-100 Mesa Boogie guitar amp from 120 volts to 240 volts operation. I do show at least some of the specialized equipment I used but I also have an engineer to check what I did throughout the conversion process and after.
