If you could time travel and plonk yourself in an American music store in 1951 you might be able to buy yourself something that very closely resembles this guitar. It's a Fender American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster, built as closely as possible to the specifications drafted and used 70 years ago. And I'm a little bit in love with this one. I've been saying that a lot lately, with the recent Fender reissues. They look great, play great ...they even smell great! I will be doing my damnedest not to let this one go. Twang on. Great stuff, Fender!
