The Silvertone 955 guitar reissue is a throwback to the roots of rock and produces that distinct vintage sound.

It has a timeless design, and its traditional dreadnought body is one that has stood the test of time and this 955 reissue is as close a replica as possible to the original - the 26955.

The original block inlay feature has been kept, but updated herringbone binding and a sound-hole rosette have brought the 955 into the 21st century.

The tortoise shell pick guard against a black finish is a smart, modern update, whilst the centre block inlays have been kept to ensure the history of the guitar is still present.

This reissue has an Engelmann Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides, which support the resonant dreadnought sound and a two way, reinforced truss rod, so the neck can be easily adjusted to your requirements.

The 955 is available in black and natural finishes and the electro acoustics have a useful cutaway and the Fishman Clearwave 60 preamp system and built in tuner.

The Silvertone 955 is a practical, authentic, and stunning update of the original. It has a great sound and classic tone and is ideal for multiple styles; both picking and strumming.
