I was writing yet another Axe-FX III preset based around my favourite Carol-Ann amps (g'day Alan!) and wondered how they'd fare with some Filtertron or similar pickups in front of them. So I grabbed the old MIM Fender Cabronita (2012) which is fitted with a set of Mr Glyn's Pickups 'The Tron' pickups and let rip over the "Larry Carlton - jam track" backing track from www.jamtrackcentral.com.
