(4x Speed) For the many of the products we produce, this industrial laser is the first step.
The laser first bathes the cutting area in a mix of nitrogen and oxygen to optimize cutting. It then performs a "peck" (a long burn to cut all the way through the metal and expose the other side to the gas mixture) followed by a quick trace of the outline of the part.
