(2x speed) Milling a Supertone bridge takes place in three stages in this CNC mill. First the raw block is clamped to the work table from the sides while the mount holes are drilled out. Next, studs are screwed through the holes and the mill routes out the silhouette/saddle channels (that's the part demonstrated here). Finally, the bridge is reclamped in a vertical orientation so the intonation and string holes can be drilled out.
