*THREE-CHANNEL SOUND: MUST LISTEN WITH HEADPHONES
3P Artist, Brandon Bagby (guitarist for Audio Adrenaline), recently plugged into 3rd Power's Citizen Gain CSR100 and matching XD-412 Extension Cabinet, configured for three-channel sound, and took it for a spin. Despite this being a channel-switching amplifier, we never departed from the clean channel for this clip.
About the Citizen Gain CSR100:
The new Citizen Gain CSR is the company’s response to overwhelming customer demand for a dual-channel amp that combines the tonal versatility of 3P's legendary American-style clean and British crunch tones while bringing it under foot-switchable control.
About the XD412-Q
This new interpretation of the classic 4x12 cabinet features four separate isolated triangular chambers give each speaker its own space to create sound. Wired in an fresh manner, the XD412-Q allows you to operate the cab as either a standard 4x12, as a dual 2x12, or in this example as a wet/dry/wet setup. W/D/W setups are considered 'holy grail' arrangements where you have a center cabinet for your dry signal surrounded by left and right stereo effects cabinets.
As you can imagine, such setups are cumbersome and impractical for many... left to the arena performers these days.
Not so with the XD412-Q. Now you can have holy grail tone in 1/3 of the space. Oh, and 3RD POWER's XD412-Q is approximately 10 lbs lighter (or more) than other premium 4x12s on the market.
Hand-built in Nashville, TN, holy grail tone is awaiting you.
