The WMD METRON is a 16 track (channel) trigger and gate sequencer for your Eurorack modular system with loads of intuitive functionality, expansion capabilities, and the tools you need to create longer sequences with tons of variation at your fingertips.
Metron's maximum pattern length is 256 steps, aka 16 measures of 16 steps and has the ability to set each of it's 16 tracks to a different pattern length for versatile and evolving rhythmic patterns.
In this video, Alex covers Pattern Length Functionality, how to set pattern lengths, extend patterns out quickly and how to create polyrhythmic (polymetric) rhythms with the sequencer.

METRON is geared towards live performance tools and real-time pattern selection. Lookahead style sequencing lets you program a pattern while another is playing so you never have to stop the sequencer to save or anything like that.
