I recently had the privilege to test out the Melo Audio Tone Shifter Mega audio interface and foot controller. Not only can you use this device to as a midi foot controller, it comes pre setup to work with software such as Jamup, bias fx, ampkits, garageband, amplitube, tonestack, guitar rig, and more.

I love the fact that it works with an iPad or tablet and can controller virtual effects just like a regular pedal board. In this video, I test it with a free iPad app called JamUp. I was able to dial in some good tones with the software and control it with the TS MEGA. It can also be used as a audio interface and record your guitar through computer software.

This unit may be the perfect solution for some musicians needing a foot controller, especially if they want a small portable rig in a box too.
