It's Sunday, I was feeling indulgent, I wanted to make some melodic textural stuff. So I revisited an old Axe preset that I'd written for precisely that purpose - "Starwards II". I've rejigged it just a little for the current firmware (20.02 Pb2) and let loose on a first take. It's good fun! It's basically a stack of delays, reverbs, reverse reverbs and delays, pitch shifters - all going a bit spare as I advance through the Scenes. The Scenes, by the way, are all named after Tolkien destinations or things, largely drawn from The Silmarillion, a book I like to throw myself into when the real world becomes eye-rollingly idiotic (a lot lately).
