This vintage Martin archtop guitar is still very full of life, as Shelby showcases in this Chicago Music Exchange acoustic room demo. It's an incredible 1935 Martin C-1 with some great aging across the body and a full, beautifully interesting tone.

As a fan of David Rawlings – who plays a 1935 Epiphone Olympic – Shelby explains that this archtop is very comparable (basically the competitor model guitar of that time) and aptly chooses a few David Rawlings riffs to demo the guitar.
