Of the thousands of vintage guitars that have walked through our doors, only a few stand the test of time as undeniable store favorites. This 1943 Martin OOO-21, lovingly nicknamed “Scarface”, is expanding its family tree in the hands of the descendants of its creators. Often imitated, never replicated - until now. Who better to copy a Martin than Martin?
Meticulously spec’d from our original 1943 Martin 000-21, we worked step by step with Martin to re-create one of the most prized instruments in our collection. Martin Custom Shop spent countless hours painstakingly retracing the work of their forefathers from 70 years earlier.
