The Fender Vintera ‘70s Jazz Bass is a true classic, featuring the same coveted specs that made the original ‘70s Jazz Bass memorable. We showed this J Bass to Jonny Goood, who demonstrated the gritty, growling tone of the bass as he played his song “Bass Hop.” The Vintera Jazz Bass is built with re-vamped editions of vintage ‘70s features.
The Vintera ‘70s J Bass has re-voiced single-coil pickups that produce a similar sound to the original ‘70s Jazz Bass. A “'70s C”-shaped neck and a 7.25”-radius bound fingerboard with pearloid block inlays and 20 vintage-style frets make this bass easy to move with and create a classic playing feel.
