Joelventures - 1 - "Nothin' easy's ever worth a damn"

Hello. Joel here. I’m launching a new YouTube show today called #Joelventures. The premise is basically “Guy who started pedal business and family (and used to make and record music regularly but then life got in the way) attempts to make and record music regularly again.” We’ll see how it goes. Genuinely don’t know if this will be interesting to people or not, but so far I’m really enjoying it and also learning new video skillz. The band I play guitar in, Mostly Trees (https://mostlytrees.bandcamp.com/), has a super rad opportunity to record with Daniel Tashian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Tashian) at Pachyderm (http://www.pachyderm-studios.com/) in late April… so this series will at least run through then… at that point I’ll reflect and see if 1) I like this and 2) if you like this and then we’ll decide together if I should keep making these.
