Quick demo of my Maxon AD-80 vs. the TC Flashback. The Maxon is definitely warmer, then Flashback definitely clearer. While I think the Maxon sounds better, the Flashback is just so much more versatile and has a looper as well.
Other differences are that you have to use a toneprint if you want self oscillation on the Flashback, and it sounds different to the analog delay oscillation. The pitch also doesn't change if you shift the delay time on the flashback (I prefer it that way).
