KORG completely redesigned the Grandstage piano for 2024, and it’s a powerhouse. The new Grandstage X offers seven independent sound engines, 700 (yes, 700) onboard presets, KORG’s Real Weighted Hammer action, actual tube coloration (for vintage organ and electric-piano tones and more) and built-in effects. And—wow—it looks so Star Trek cool with its space-age curves and perforated side panels.
The sound engines include the SGX-2 for expressive grand pianos, EP-1 for classic electric pianos, three organ options (CX-3, VOX and FC-1), AL-1 for analog synths and HD-1—a PCM-based tool for strings, brass and more. It’s almost unimaginable that you wouldn’t find every sound you need to elevate your music with the Grandstage X.
