A well-played and worn out 2006 CIJ '57 Strat came to me by way of a trade a few years ago. It was a neat little guitar but so road-worn I almost disposed of it after a bit because it was anything but stable. However, the neck seduced me into giving it some love and eventually a complete makeover. It didn't come cheap, but it was worth it. Here's the story. Big thank you to Josh Owen and Joel Wheeler.
