Comparing NOS Mullard tubes to Mullard reissue in the Metro-Plex. Clean guitar clips were "reamp'ed" to keep everything consistent. Recorded using Randall iso cab to keep out room sound. A true apples to apples comparison.
Pete Thorn played the first three clips. Thanks Pete! I played the rest with my Gil Yaron Les Paul replica. It's loaded with Throbak Mick Taylor pickups.
Speaker is ASW KTS-60 in the iso cab. Mic is Beyer M160.
