The Fowl Sounds Sonic Bronchitis distortion pedal has a JFET pre-amp stage, and your signal gets boosted and clipped by
the front end of its own power amp (LM386) These two stages create tube like overdrive with lots of dynamics, clarity and grit. Controls are Volume, Gain, Tone. Awesome on bass and guitar.

Vintage 1967 Fender Showman head into a Mesa 4x12 cabinet with V30's.

Speaker was mic'd with a Sennheiser MD 421
NO eq or audio controls were added.
