Introducing the new Williams Allegro IV Digital Piano. In this video, hosted by keyboardist Lynette Williams (Childish Gambino, will.i.am, CeeLo Green), we dive deep into the incredible sounds, feel and features of the Allegro IV.
The Allegro IV has an 88-key, hammer-weighted keyboard that delivers the dynamic responsiveness you'd expect out of an acoustic piano, offering an experience that players at all skill levels will appreciate. With an inspiring range of sounds, which includes a gorgeous Italian grand piano, as well as expressive organ, electric piano and strings, the Allegro IV is a great choice for playing at-home, recording in the studio or performing on-stage as a solo artist or member of a band or ensemble.
In addition to demonstrating the incredible range of on-board sounds, Lynette dives into additional features of the Allegro IV such as the on-board effects, layering, splitting, and the built-in recorder, which is a fast and convenient way to get song ideas down quickly. Lynette also touches on the USB connectivity for hooking up your Allegro IV to your favorite DAW, such as GarageBand or Logic Pro, for recording audio and MIDI.
While the Allegro IV offers users plenty of hands-on control right on the keyboard itself, Lynette makes use of the free Williams app, which connects via Bluetooth, throughout the video. In addition to sound selection, the app offers players advanced control over splits and layers, a built-in drum machine, the ability to play along to your music library (which you can speed up or slow down for learning purposes) and so much more.
