Back in 1999 the Spring King Reverb was somewhat of a revelation for those looking to equip their pedalboards with a real spring reverb with tone, reverb and volume controls. Fast forward to 2025 and we now have the Spring King Junior, a decidedly more compact version, again equipped with a real 3-spring Belton-Accutronics system with simple reverb and tone controls. It sounds the business and won't take up much space on your board. The Spring King Junior aims to deliver the springy reverb sounds of 50s60s amps and I believe it succeeds beautifully. With the addition of the kick pad it's a lot of fun and really adds something cool to your twang tone. Great stuff, Steve!
