Using both MESA and Marshall amps! First I'm dialing in a Mesa Boogie Mk3 to get the classic guitar tone on Metallica's ..And Justice For All album. I'm tweaking the EQ and Gain settings. I'm using a 4x12Marshall 1960BV Cab with 1989 Marshall Vintage (V30) speakers miked using an SM57 and a MD421 (dead center) and a Unidyne IV 548 on the edge. At the end go the video I'm also trying to get the same tone using a 1977 Marshall Superbass with the SIR studios #39 mod!
