The BluG Amp1 Mercury edition does a great vintage Marshall tone. It comes close to the sound of the vintage Marshall cabs (with Pulsonic Greenbacks) even when it's plugged in directly to the DAW/Console/Headphones. I'm playing it plugged directly into the DAW as well as through a 1971 Marshall1960A 4x12 today using a 2010 Gibson Les Paul Custom R7 with 1977 Dimarzio Pickups (SD+PAF)
