The Rose Pedals (now Spiral Electric) Black Rose fuzz pedal is loosely based on the Maestro FZ1-S and then taken well beyond that. The circuit features the Nanolog N2 Molecular Junction technology. Controls are Volume, Gain, Detail, and Bias, along with 3 clipping options. N2, N2 plus silicon, N2 plus Germanium. This thing absolutely RIPS.
Perfect for bass and guitar.

The Basses:
- MTD 435 Michael Tobias Design American maple burl top on poplar body, wenge neck and fretboard. Active Bartolini pickups and preamp.
- USA Fender Jazz bass. 1962 Reissue with Bartolini CBJD-1 hum cancelling pickups.
- Elrick Hybrid 4 with Bartolini pickups and preamp. Passive mode.

The Amp:
Mesa Boogie Carbine M9 into a RoadReady 6x10 cab.

Speaker was mic'd with an AKG D112. There is no DI signal on this one.
NO eq, audio controls, or compression were added.
