A 1971 Marshall Super Lead is played first with a SPLIT V1 cathode (a la Super Lead) and then with a SHARED V1 cathode (a la Super Bass) at a number of different volumes to investigate the influence. The Super Lead is played through a 1968 Marshall 4x12 model 1982A using a 1973 Fender Stratocaster. We'll also compare split/shared cathode to bright cap/no bright cap in this video.
