In this video I cover the speaker cone of a current Celestion G12M25 Greenback Reissue guitar speaker with Scotch tape. Believe it or not it actually significantly improved the tone of the speaker, at least in this setup. I’m putting the Greenback in a Marshall JCM800 1x12 (model 1933) with the back removed. The amp is a 1976 Marshall Super Lead modded by Daniel Forsberg. The guitar is a Gibson SG Standard CS.
