My take:

The Greer Amps Lightspeed is one of my all-time favorite overdrives. It takes whatever guitar into whatever amp and just makes it "more". This is definitely low-gain territory, very smooth and pretty all the way through the gain range. "Pretty" is a great word to describe what I always feel when I hear this pedal.

I use mine primarily for a light overdrive sound when playing chord stuff on rhythm guitar. It's just super effortless and easy to get a great rhythm sound out of it that way.
