Guitar pickups can sometimes cause a big pain in the neck. At times, we need to be able to troubleshoot them to determine the problem. Which wires go where? what is the color code? are the pickups out of phase? how do I know if the pickups are in phase? How can I test the coils to find shorts or breaks?

I go over everything you need to know in order to troubleshoot a set of pickups as well as figure out the color code of the wires.
