Here is a track I recently played through a Line6 HELIX and the sound is pretty awesome, laid back at first then it changes tempo. Gary Moore has been one of my favourite guitarists since the early 70's. RIP Gary and here's to a wonderful piece of music that he wrote but played in my own style.
The Line6 HELIX does not show itself as being anything other than a high quality tube amp on this demonstration and is worthy of the ultimate accolade for this type of product. Sounds better to me than any Axe-FX that I can think of especially the one's I bought a while ago.
I recorded this track through a microphone so you can actually hear exactly as it sounds as it was recorded. There are no tricks with the audio - it is exactly as recorded and I think it has a very good tone.
