The Earthquaker Devices Disaster Transport Delay is an analog voiced delay with 625 ms of delay time, modulation, and nothing but old school tape echo with all the inherent idiosyncrasy of those old devices. This is an anti-modern styled delay nothing but vintage tone that you listened to all those years ago on vinyl. This delay is perfect for clean and dirt signals as well. The unique Tone control also works as a noise filter and lets your overdriven tones to shine through the mix without getting muddy. The Tone control allows you to remove common noise problems when hyper-extending the circuit so give your signal more highs with longer delay times. The Mix control lets you boost the effected signal to almost 4 times the original signal level, and selecting Modulation allows you to go from very subtle chorus-like pitch shifting to maddening tremolo speeds. Use the Depth knob to set the depth of the modulation to the delay line, and the Rate knob to set the speed of the modulation. The Repeats knob allows you to from one single repeat to hallucinogenic self-oscillation with some creative tweaking.
