Hey everyone, I wanted to tell you about a great opportunity that my friends at Jam Pedals have created to help musicians and those in the music industry who have been out of work because of Covid-19. You’ve no doubt seen your favorite artists cancel tours across the globe and this is how many industry professionals earn a living.
So, Jam pedals have started the Lending A Hand campaign to raise funds by auctioning off a limited batch of custom shop pedals signed by an amazing list of artists: Nels Cline, Graham Coxon, Bill Frisell, Julian Lage, Sean Ono Lennon, Steve Lukather, J Mascis, Lee Ranaldo, Nile Rodgers, Richie Sambora, Neal Schon, John Scofield, Alex Skolnick, Andy Timmons and David Torn.
Each artist chose their favorite Jam Pedal and signed 10 in a limited edition, gold sparkle enclosure. Bidding is open now at jampedals.com/lending-a-hand with all proceeds going to various charities picked by the Artist and Jam pedals (Musicares, Jazz Coalition, Jazz Foundation, New Music USA, Crew Nation and Northern Greece Musician’s Union. If you’d like to support in another way, limited edition t-shirts are also available until the end of the campaign 9.00pm July 12th, 2020 (EEST).
