The Spaceman Apollo VII is a fresh design that extracts the beloved gain circuit found in the Voyager I tremolo. As a response to those who loved the natural overdrive from the Voyager, Spaceman decided to give players a simple overdrive that springboards of this sound, with up to 40dB of gain a new array of clipping and tone shaping options. On top of the 3 familiar controls, a 3 way clipping toggle lets you choose the original Voyager’s LED based clipping for mid range punch and high headroom, silicon diodes for a more compression and aggression, and no clipping for a loud, dynamic punch of gain that reproduces every nuance of your picking strength. Like all Spaceman pedals, the Apollo VII is made with great attention to detail in Portland, OR, featuring a meticulous hand-wired circuit, soft-touch true bypass and laser engraved faceplate with their signature jewel light indicator.
