We stopped by the Blackstar booth at Winter NAMM 2019 to take a closer look at the new HT-20RH MKII 20 Watt amp head and matching cabinet.
The HT-20RH MKII is a totally redesigned amp, now featuring EL84 tubes in the power section. This results in incredible dynamics, touch responsiveness and overall versatility. It features two channels: Clean and Overdrive, each equipped with a foot switchable "Voice" mode, allowing you to choose between "Vintage" and "Modern" sounds.
On-board reverb, an effects loop and an XLR DI mean your HT-20RH MKII will integrate well with any setup. It also has a power reduction switch, cutting down to 2 watts for more bedroom friendly volumes.
