My take:
The Daedalus surprised me. I think when I get a reverb pedal in the mail in 2018, I expect it to be huge, lush, shimmery, etc. But this one is different! Much more like the reverb on your amp, the Daedalus is subtle. Even when fully cranked, your direct signal remains 100% in the signal path, so your tone never gets taken over by the reverb. The dual footswitches offer 2 different amounts of reverb, and the expression jack gives the additional option of inserting an effect on the reverb trail, or controlling the amount of reverb with an expression or volume pedal. Fun little box!
