The Disaster Area SMARTClock is an intelligent tempo controller for your pedalboard. Featuring a bold display, simple controls, and a highly configurable interface, the SMARTClock is a great tool for musicians who need to synchronize their time-based effects.
The SMARTClock features two isolated optical tempo outputs, which may be configured as Normally Closed (Boss compatible,) Normally Open, or for remote switching purposes. The SMARTClock also sends and receives MIDI clock, so any MIDI clock capable devices in your setup will be automatically synchronized to the master tempo.
The SMARTClock works seamlessly with the Disaster Area DMC-3XL Gen2, DMC-4 Gen2, DMC-6D, DMC-8D, DPC-5, DPC-4EZ, and DPC-8EZ systems. One tap on your master controller can engage or bypass your analog pedals, change your MIDI presets, and send tempo out to your entire board!
