Some of the new features for the Disaster Area DPC-5, v1.01.

Changelog:
* Added "bypass" MIDI CC102,0 and "don't care" options for preset recall
Allows the user to bypass external MIDI devices using MIDI CC commands
Allows the user to set up patches without sending MIDI to external devices
* Fixed bug where current preset LED would be shown along with active loops when entering manual mode
